Trash-out and bin service is two separate jobs: cleaning the bins themselves between turnovers, and clearing bulk items — furniture, a hot tub — left behind at a property. Scottsdale STR Cleaning fields both, including clean-out calls from Troon North, across all 10 areas it covers.
Bin service and a trash-out are not the same call. One is routine: garbage and recycling cans get wiped down and deodorized as part of the turnover cycle so they're not the thing a guest complains about first. The other is bigger — clearing what's left when a rental gets cleared out entirely: furniture, an old hot tub, whatever a tenant or long-term guest didn't take. Scottsdale STR Cleaning takes both kinds of calls, and a chunk of the clean-out requests come out of Troon North specifically — houses and apartments where a full clear-out means items staged for pickup, not just kitchen and bathroom trash.
That distinction matters because the two jobs get booked differently: a bin service call is quick and recurring, added onto a scheduled turnover, while a clean-out is a one-off, priced by what's actually inside. Scottsdale STR Cleaning fields both, across all 10 areas it covers.
What actually happens during bin cleaning?
Bins get emptied, rinsed, and deodorized between guests so odor and residue don't build up before the next changeover — the kind of thing a guest notices in the driveway before anything inside. It gets added onto a scheduled turnover rather than booked as a separate appointment in most cases.
What's involved in a full property clean-out?
A clean-out clears furniture, appliances, and larger items entirely rather than resetting a room for the next guest — the category behind requests that reach this site by name, several of them out of Troon North. It's sized to the job: what's actually inside determines the crew and the time, not a flat per-visit rate.

Do you clean the trash bins themselves, or just remove trash?
Both — bin cleaning (rinsing and deodorizing the cans) gets added onto a routine turnover, while a full clean-out is booked separately and priced to what's actually being cleared, whether that's furniture or a hot tub.
Do you handle clean-outs in Troon North?
Yes — Troon North is one of the areas generating regular clean-out and hot tub removal requests, covered the same as the other areas in the 10-area footprint.
